    Meals: Green status for the week. All day check marks. Morning routine: 2 egg omelette. Lunch: Salad. Dinner: Protein + Veg. At least one protein shake per day. Received supplements at the near end of the week. Now, routine includes hydro whey in morning, white flood pre-workout, hydro builder post-workout, and casein protein before bed.
