  • Breakfast: Veggie Omelette   
  • Morning Snack: Pineapples, Honeydew, Melon, Grapes
  • Lunch: Caeser Salad + Assorted Meat
  • Afternoon Snack: Almonds, Pecan, Bite of Jerky 
  • Post-Workout:  Hydro Builder Protein 1% Milk
  • Dinner: EVA (Restaurant): Grilled Chicken Entree, Some bread
  • Bedtime Snack: 4x edamame nuggets, 4x meatless meatballs, 1 neutromind

Workout: INSANITY: Fit Test

Results:


Woohoo! Average % increase of 53%. Can't expect that every two weeks of course :) Minimum goal for next fit test is to increase by 10% minimum on each! (which is hard already!)

Overall, not too great of a week in terms of food consumption as I had a lot of dinners out at restaurants. However, I still met working out in my schedule & pushing through. I also met my goal of losing 2.5% of fat from last week. Gotta keep it up for the following goal of -2.5%.
